If you are having buffering issues on more than one channel, before contacting support, please make sure you have completed the following steps on the Star TV app:

  1. Run the weekly maintenance
  2. Run a Speed Test on the device - make sure the results are OVER 30mbps
  3. Try a different server on your VPN

If these 3 steps have been completed and have not resolved your issue, please contact us for support.

Please have the 3 digit error code ready.

Using the Downloader App:

This is the easiest and preferred method of setup.

Step 1:  Open the downloader app

Step 2:  Enter the downloader code into the blank on the screen

Step 3:  Press the 'Go' button and follow the on screen instructions
* If you have not already allowed Unknown Apps the be installed on your device, you will have to enable first.
